Limit access to color use via password or PIN on Work Centre 7120

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Instructions on the manual are so vague. I am not able to set up copy/print permissions with the instructions given. Can you give me a clear step by step process? It seems the 7120 model has unique quirks to setting this up. I tried solutions posted for other models, but terminology and location don't match the 7120.
