And thanks for your suggestion, however as a community manager you are aware that the software for one specific model will have a greatly different method of configuring than any other model, although the features are almost the same, the way you can interact with the machine's settings to alter and modify these settings to fit into the user preferences are not the same.
I have already tried searching your knowledgebase but I was unable to address the query.
Further more, I have tried your "Contact Us" page, however due to the unecessary complexity of the filter criteria set on that webpage I was unable to find the link that offers me to communicate with an IT representative that could handle my query.
And to answer your first question, I was unable to resolve this issue.
Kindly refer my query to an IT representative who can actually help me on this.
