Hey guys -
I'm locked out of my printer, and I need to be able to restore it to factory defaults. I can't get in through the web interface because I'm not sure of the password and the control panel is all locked up. I work on Chile, where Xerox has not good support staff. There has to be another way to fix this issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
