Locked out of printer - need to reset - Xerox Phaser 6360

Hey guys -
I'm locked out of my printer, and I need to be able to restore it to factory defaults. I can't get in through the web interface because I'm not sure of the password and the control panel is all locked up. I've read that paying for Xerox to come out would be my only option, but I work on a Navy base inside and open-secret room. Getting someone from Xerox on base and inside our facility would be diffcult. There has to be another way to fix this issue.

Hi and thank you for using the Customer Support Forum. You can reset the Phaser 6360 by following the instructions in the Online Support for setting the machine to Factory Defaults . I hope this information helps, please let us know.
