Client locked the machine and now it is not coming out of lock mode. Tried to wait more than 2 hrs. How do i reset password? Thank You
You must call the Welcome Center and request an admin password reset.
The Welcome Center will request the machine serial number and current copy count.
The Welcome Center generates a 12 digit Feature Key number.
Press the Device icon, then select Tools.
If necessary, select Device Settings, then select General > Feature Installation.
Enter the Feature Key on the Feature Installation Key screen to reset the Administrator credentials to the default values (admin and the 1111).
