For me it not only involved switching 'Admin' to 'admin', but I also must have had caps lock on when I entered the new password, because it acccepted it with caps lock. Why did I check that? I tried caps lock initially, but I was still using 'Admin', with uppercase 'A' as the user. You. just learn to try certain things after 20 years.

Okay, once I put in admin as all lowercase instead of Admin (as specified in all documentation), it accepted the admin/password combo. Nothing like wasting hours on something so trivial.

I also have this problem: login credentials set after initial access of B215 web server, do not work for login to make changes to the printer. So, what credentials does the blessed thing want!?
Debian Linux 10.9, Firefox 89.0.1

If it need to communicate over the Internet just for me to log in, it has the following ports to choose from: 80, 81, 443. If it needs something different, I need to give it access.

Log in rejected in CentreWare

Jump to solution
Product Name: Xerox B210 Printer
Operating System: macOS 10.15 - Catalina

New setup with this new printer. No problem setting initial password and accessing CentreWare on Mac or Windows 10 (have both platforms available).

But each time I try to make a change, I'm asked to log in (screenshot). Have used the password created or the printer's S/N. Rejects the password each time. Did a successful reset of the network settings with the Easy Printer Manager on Windows 10. Same results with new password on printer reboot.

Thanks for your help.
