The password for the 4622, admin and 1111 does not work and it was not changed when purchased, unable to get into to remove a print job, need access to reset the printer.

If the Security Settings Reset option is enabled within CentreWare Internet Services (CWIS), and the System Administrator password is forgotten, security settings can be reset to the factory default. The default password is "1111".
On the Control Panel, press [*], [3], and then [Cancel].
If the Security Settings Reset option is disabled within CWIS, security settings cannot be reset
you can reset NVRAM to factory defaults by entering diagnostics:
1. Press the Menu button.
2. Press the # button.
3. Enter 1934 on the keypad
4. Press the OK button.
then to reset NVRAM to factory defaults.
1. Select Printer Routines, the DC132 NVRAM Initialization.
2. Confirm, Yes, to reset NVRAM to factory defaults.
kindly note after NVRAM reset all the network setting will be erased and you need to reconfigure it again .
