As far as I know, you cannot reset the password without being able to sign in as the adminstrator.

Unfortunately, you are probably looking at having to re-install the system software in order to gain admin access again.

Hi all,

i inherieted supporting the xerox 6204 from an ex IT department employee. He didnt document the password or if he did no one knows where it is. I tried googling to get the default password and nothing I find seems to work. Is there a way to reset the password?
