Lost web interface password

Product Name: Xerox C235 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hello, I want to ask for help. I have lost my web page password, but factory reset does not help. I tried both a full reset and a separate network settings. I can’t get to the service. I live far enough. Also factory reset does not reset password  Help please, thanks.
