I'm thinking to use XSA to track how much we spend on printing for different clients. We have about 500 active clients to track as a users. So if I create 500 users would this work?
Will the database hold up to 500 entries? what if we grow in the future to 1000 clients?
So to sum it up is there a limitation on the amount of users the system can hold.
I would suggest moving to an accounting software solution if you grow that much. Xerox offers a good amount of solutions for your budget. Talk to your sales rep. to discuss your options.
