Hello EclStuff, 

I'm unsure why they directed you to the forum for the reset code, we do not have access to the tool that is needed to create the code.  That can only be provided by the support center.  I suggest calling the back to have a new one generated and request they stay on the phone with you to be sure it works.

Need password reset key

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830/7835/7845/7855
Operating System: Not Specified

Talked to support twice and they sent me a reset file the first time but it did not work. Did help 2nd time other then tell me to go here. The serial number is MX4774778 Total impressions is 281408
