I've got a Xerox that I need to wipe ALL settings and certificates from, but I don't have a laptop I can use to get into the EWS. How can I do a hard factory reset, bringing everything back to factory defaults?
I've done Reset UI to Factory defaults and that's just placed the UI elements we'd hidden back into place and changed how paper is handled.

It didn't wipe networking information, security information, or certificate infomation.
The Software Reset doens't fill me with confidence that it's what I need.
Can someone explaine what the Software reset does?
