You can try these instruction on how to reset the admin password.  If this doesn't work for you, you will need to call into the support department so they can generate a code to reset it for you. Support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797

New B405 - default password doesn't work

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi,

My new VersaLink B405 after unpacking and installing driver works fine, but when i try to log into admin settings, default password '1111' or serial number as password is invalid. On the others B405 devices everything is fine and I could log in, but not in this case. How I could set the admin password or find the real default password.
