New printer. Login as Administrator gets Name or Password not recognised

I just setup a new versalink c4oo and I cannot log on as admin passwor not correct. Please advise. I tried 1111 and SN nothing works.

I discovered that if I log-on on PC Screen and then log-on on printer screen everything works as advertised.

Possible it could have been a hand-eye coordination problem as location of printer makes it difficult to see which key I had pressed :-(

Have you tried to login with user "admin" and password machine serial number?

Hi.  Im a newbe to this forum and Xerox printers.

Purchased a new VersaLink C400 last week.  Had an urgent job and after initial setup used it as Guest.  Now trying to fine tune the settings but when I try to log in as Admin on the printer screen I get "Name or password not recognised".  I can log in on on my PC but unable to change tray settings.

Suggestions welcome as I need to reset to fgactory default and re do the installation.
