You don't have the Xerox driver installed, you have the Xerox MS Class Driver that Microsoft provided. It is limited.

Go get the PS driver from Xerox.com.

If the Wizard runs during install, choose the Printer I want wasn't listed option even if it shows up.

Then install Manually as a Local Printer

Then Create a new Port > Standard TCP/IP Port

Then make good and sure that the Query the Printer and automatically select a driver to use is not checked or you will just end up with the MS Class driver again.

Hi, I'm setting up a new computer w/ windows 10 to work with a Xerox 7556.

We need to enter our accounting ID's but don't see how to do this anymore.

When I go to the printer properties, I see other tabs, like Advanced, Color Management, etc... but Configuration where we enter our Group ID is missing.

Can you let me know where to enter the accounting ID?
