Admin with uppercase"A" on C315
"admin" does not work
I also have a 6515dn model and for the life of me I cannot see a reset tab under the Device Icon?
Press the Device icon on the control panel, then the Reset tab and Reset to Factory Defaults. After that try again to login as admin with serial number as password (pay attention if the serial number contains letters if they are upper case or lower case).
I received my new workcentre6515.I tried to connect as admin with 1111, serial number, impossible. And now it said you reached maximum tentative. What I should do?
