Phaser 5550 and Secure FTP

Greetings!

My customer is trying to connect via FTP to a Phaser 5550. They are using port 990. They created a valid SSL certificate and was installed succesfully.

 

However the can't connect using port 990. Port 21 works fine.

 

Is there a way to enable this port on the 5550? Or is it possible to do a secure ftp conection over port 990 on the Phaser 5550?
