Printer Server: Locking down security permission printers with v4 drivers?

Operating System: Not Specified

So we have a print server with printers serving Type 4 drivers. The users are being able to install the printer successfully. The weird thing is, when the security permission is set to Everyone, print jobs go through but when locking up the security pemissions to a particual security group, or even add an individual user with the same permissions - the print job does not go through. Any ideas?
