Printer accounting codes not accepted

Product Name: Xerox Workplace Mobile App
Operating System: Apple iOS

Teachers at my school can print from computers fine and can enter their accounting codes automatically. However, we cannot get the iPad app to work with the printers. We can connect to a printer with the QR code and send a document, but the print is always cancelled on the machine's end because it says no valid accounting code was entered. 

There seems to be nowhere to add accounting codes on the mobile app, or even a way to hold the print at the printer and manually type the staff's accounting code in on the printer to release the job. 

The app says the print job was sent successfully, but the print job always disappears on the machine within 3 seconds of appearing because no code was entered. 

When displaying a QR code on my machine (A workspace 5855), I need to type in my accounting code. Other than that, there is no option to enter accounting codes for mobile print jobs.
