The printer at my work was functioning perfectly fine but then all of a sudden it stopped working. I can scan and copy, but it does not print through WiFi. Printer says it is connected but on my macbook air with installed version macOS 12.6 it says that the printer is offline. When i want to check the printer connection i cannot because it needs some kind of PIN. Neither I or my colleagues however dont recall installing one. Is there any solution? Some kind of default PIN? I tried to call support in my region but they are closed for whole two days.

P.S.: I turned off the printer and unplugged it from electricity but it did not work.
