Printing in SAP with Xerox Local accounting enabled: Printer Model: ApeosPort-IC C4470

I confirmed that the user id and passcode is corrected.

I tested to print from the server. Not problem encountered.

Did you create a Local User Account?

1. Press the [Services Home] button on the Control Panel. The Home Screen will be displayed.
2. Log in as an Account Administrator. 
3. Press the [Setup] or [Tools] button on the Touch Screen.
4. Select the [Accounting] button.
5. Select the [Create / View User Accounts] button from the Group menu. The Create / View User Accounts Screen will be displayed.
6. Select an account that is (Not in Use).
7. Select the [Create / Delete] button. The User ID Screen is displayed.
8. Enter the User ID in the field provided using the keypad on the Touch Screen.
9. Select the [Save] button. The Account xxx - Create / Delete Screen is displayed where xxx represents the selected account number.
10. Select the [User Name] button. The User Name Screen is displayed.
11. Use the Keyboard on the Touch Screen to enter a User Name and select the [Save] button.
12. Select the [Account Limit] button. The Account xxx - Account Limit Screen is displayed.
13. Select one of the following services to modify the users account limits and access levels:
    
    
    • [Copy Service]
    • [Fax Service]
    • [Scan Service]
    • [Print Service]
      
      
14. Select the [Change Account Limit] button.
15. Enter a Color limit in the Color field using the Numeric Keypad.
16. Select the [Next] button on the Touch Screen to move to the next or previous location to enter or change the value.
17. Select the [Save] button.
    
    
    
    
18. Repeat steps 13 to 17 to configure access to another service.
19. Select the [Close] button repeatedly.

Dear All:

I am connecting our SAP system to our printer through window printer server.
The printer is enable with local accounting and the model is ApeosPort-IC C4470.

I confirm that I enter the correct user ID and passcode in the printer server. I also did a "Printer test page", I managed to print the test page.

I confirm that I installed the correct printer driver in SAP system. I did a test with diabled the local accounting and I managed to print.

But When I enable the local accounting feature, and  print from SAP system, it return error code 016-757.

From the documentation, the error code (016-757) identified as wrong passcode. But I was enter the correct passcode in the print server.

Any ideas what problem caused this error code?
