Problems with IBM System i Access for Windows (Client Access)

Hi everybody I am having problems with a couple of Xerox machines with XSA enabled because users can not print with the option "Transfor Print data" enabled in their Client Access software, when they uses this option the printer does not print and if they disable it printer prints but the report change letter fonts and size.

 

Any idea?

 

Printers model: WC7242 & WC7120

System AS400 but I think the problem is in cutomer software (Client Access) version 6 Release 1

xerox released this weekend a new global driver, have you tried that one?

 

also in the last tab advanced of the printing preferences there is a setting to send fonts along with the print, maybe thats a solution for your font problem?
