I hope someone here has come across this before. We have a Qube 9201, secure printing and accounting are enabled. For some unknown reason, my windows 7 machines (only have 10 of them) keep getting their jobs deleted because of invalid accounting IDs. My windows XP boxes print without any problems. I’ve deleted the printer driver folder on the local disk and re-installed the most recent drivers. That seems to work for a short period of time but then the problem starts all over again. Last week I had to re-install the driver on the server because print jobs (regardless of OS) were getting stuck in spooling. I think I covered all the bases. Thanks for any info provided.
