Reset Admin/Factory Default

Hello,

 

I need help resetting the user login for my Docucolor 252.  Is there a way to restore the system to factory defaults so I can configure the system from the control panel?

Hi,

I advise you to call your local support and ask for a field engineer. They are the only ones capable to do that.

But do U need to reset the UI password (the default is 11111) or the RIP password (the default is Fiery.1) ?

i cant' acces to [Login Setup/Auditron
Administration , i just set an admin usser and password  and  the [Login Setup/Auditron
Administration is disable , and it looks there`s no way to put on enable , what can i do for solve this issue , thanks

oh sorry i just forget to write the model of my machine , it a Workcentre pro 128 Thanks ...

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this solution for enabling the auditron and see if this helps.  If you need to reset the login name and password for the admin please contact your support centre for further assistance.

i can`t get acces to my control panel , there `s  no way to get in that interface ,

Hi Angelopagonis,

If you are unable to access the control panel and you have already powered off the machine waited 60 seconds and then powered back on and still can not access the control panel then make sure the machine is plugged into a dedicated outlet, no extension cord or surge protector.  If it still fails then you would need to contact your service person.

i put disable the auditron system and the control panel , it always i  have to put an user and a password just for make copies , the printer are disable :smileyfrustrated:  in need to get acces to my control panel again and to be abble to print againg please help me!
