Thank you for posting this...worked awesome. Totally what we needed to fix our problem!!! 👌
here is a few steps you can try in this video. https://youtu.be/E2I4mbBFOI0
Xerox will charge you £366 for an engineer to change to reset the admin password.
If you're ok to factory reset your printer then just do this:
That gets you into Diagnostics Mode. To do the factory reset:
Worked on my C400 hopefully it works for you.
Easy!
Click on the 'admin' username, and password '1111' (that is four 1s).
If that doesn't work, find the serial # of the device, copy/paste that serial # in place of the password.
It will open a new window and prompt you to change the password, in old password section, put in the serial number and in the new password section, put in '1111' (or whatever it is you want).
It worked for me and i know... I ain't the 'lucky' kind.
Best of luck!
The control pad and screen on the 6515 looks very similar to the C500. It's worth a shot to try.
Will this procedure work for the Xerox 6515 work centre also? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Fabio,
Thank you for your help. I'm definitely a novice and I'm having the same issue. Could you explain your answer a little more? What counters?
