You will need to call into the support center @ 1-800-835-6100 for assistance on resetting the printer back to factory defaults.
Thanks for your reply. We want to reset the Admin password as we don't know the current password so your solution won't work.
I found an article on how to change the admin password without having to reset back to the factory defaults.
We are trying to reset the Admin password on a WorkCentre 6515 but have received no support from Xerox and there isn't an option on the printer to and Reset to Factory Defaults so how do we reset the password?
