Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for unable to access CentreWare Internet Services. Unfortunately if the default was changed you will need to have service reset the machine. Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
Our system admin had changed the username and password on CWIS on Phaser 3250 in our network. He is no longer with us and we can not access the CWIS since we don't have the username and password. Can some one please let me know how we can reset this username and password?
