i think he wants to reset his password, because he lost it , if that is the case, you need to call an engineer, this can only be done with an intervention

Have you tried searching the WC7545 online knowledge base? This is a great tool to use if you are experiencing issues with your printer.
Click on the link below, enter "password" (without quotes) in the Search field. Several case results will be displayed. Click on the second case to modify the system administrator password.
