XSA is for tracking use, Local is for stopping people who shouldn't print from doing so at all.
I'm not using XSA, but rather local accounting. It looks like XSA requires a login on a computer in order to print, and all we'd like to track is number of copies. I've since found the C60 manual, and there's no section for retrieving counts if you use local accounting, only XSA. Is there a way to do this? If not, what's the point of having local accounting if you can never retrieve the number of copies your employees use?
Hello emcmSupport,
If you are using Xerox Standard Accounting (XSA), HERE are the steps to print the Report.
I have local accounting setup for our company's C60 copier, but I cannot find the way to retrieve any of their current usage counts for the individual users (ie 150 Black impressions for Susan, 103 color impressions for Terry, etc.). I can only see where to reset the counts. I've done several searches on the Xerox website, the support forums, and general internet, but apparently my search fu is not strong. Please help?
