In SAP, go to SPAD and select "Full Administration", select the device type you want and you should be able to change the printer initialization.

Now, right in the beginning insert the PJL commands for Network Accounting along with your account details. Have a look at the 5335 PDL and the Connectkey PDL (7225) to check the PJL commands.

The printer should then process the job and register it against the user you have defined in previously.

SAP print issue on Xerox WorkCentre 5330/7225

Hello everyone,

We have a printing issue with SAP on Xerox WorkCentre 5330 and 7225 MFPs on which local accounting (Auditron) is enabled. On the other hand, as soon as it is deactivated, the prints come out without problem.

Can you help us solve this problem?
