SMart eSolutions Stopped working

I have a XEROX WorkCentre 6400X.

 

Since October 10, 2014 it has not been able to report usage numbers to Xerox.

 

So I placed a proxy server in front of it and found that it is trying to go to https://dcs.support.xerox.com/ProvisionRequestRWS/ProvisionRequest  but it looks like that page is gone.

 

The whole website at https://dcs.support.xerox.com/ looks like a default redhat install.

 

Is your server still working?

Hi Joe,
Thank you for using the Xerox forum.

I did some checking and on October 9th we had an architecture change. Some machines were effected where the machines don't think they are communicating and they are.

 

They are working on the issue and as a workaround suggest that you can turn off printer alerts.

This should be resolved shortly and we thank you for your patience and understanding.

Thank you for the update.

 

Please reply to this thread when the issue has been fixed and once I can confirm that it is now working I will be happy to select "Accept Solution" and thumbs up.

What was the indicator of this?

Did someone contact you, did you get an incorrect invoice or was there a machine message ??

SMart eSolutions are working again as they did prior to the 10/9 update.

When you made your first post  SMart eSolutions was not working.

I just tried again and it looks like it is working again now.
