As i know the issue you mentioned about scanning to SMTP on Altalinks/Versalinks being broken on July 11th, 2023, it's crucial to follow up with the appropriate support channels provided by the manufacturer of the product or the relevant IT support team. Microsoft will be releasing the enforcement patch of not allowing NTLMv1 to be used as a login method on July 11th, 2023 (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5021130-how-to-manage-the-netlogon-protocol-changes-rela...).
This will break ALL Altalinks/Workcentre's from being able to Scan to Email via SMTP server on Microsoft servers as they are not NTLMv2 compliant. Versalinks are NTLMv2 compliant on SMTP settings and won't be affected.
How is Xerox going to resolve this situation to all businesses globally before the patch is released?
