Good afternoon, folks-
I found this discussion while trying to figure out how to get OUR Xeroxes to send the monthly XSA reports to our financial folks.
Given that the original post is 4 years old and the last reply was 2.5 years ago I'm not holding my breath BUT... any chance others have resolved this issue but I just haven't find the answer yet?
Hopefully yours,
PT
Hi, JS!
I did reply to your pm about this.
Will come back to you all if we find a good solution to this.

Hello Members,
I am also looking for solution to same issue, please suggest if it is possible to auto generate reports from XSA and save it in a folder on PC.
THanks
Have you considered moving to Xerox Secure Access Unified ID System yet?
It's meant to gain access by swiping badgecards, but it works fine without badges & badgereaders by using pin-codes.
It's free, integrates with AD, 1 administration for all your devices...
XSA is a nice teaser feature, but imho only usable for small workgroups.
BrotherHero,
That is a good question. I do not think you can inject code into the Xerox machine to do what you need it to do and I do not think there is a way to get the Xerox to schedule the report - I know you can schedule the reset of accounts. You may want to wait until Kimzi has a chance to look at this or you may want to call the Xerox Support center at 1-800-821-2797.
Thank you,
Jordan

I am not sure if this can be done or not. I have a customer who wants their XSA report to be automatically generated and saved on the 21st of each month (trying to match billing period). I notice that the Xerox web interface uses PHP to generate and link reports. I wonder if there is some way this can automatically be done with a script or another useful tool. We don't want to fork out $$$ for over 100 clients on accounting software.
We tried network accounting with CWW. It almost worked, but the dang report doesn't list totals for each user, only a record of every single job. :(
