Secure print with accounting dont work

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have a 8130 in a customer with the last software. Have accounting and in the driver have accountig and secure print. Print a job, go to the machine, put secure print code, acess to the secure jobs, print the job and the message is that the accountig code is invalid. already try to login with the accounting code and is the same.

Any suggestion
