Security code for print without driver setup

You can't enter the XSA code at the machine, you need to enter it in the driver, you would probably need to set it to prompt.

You can set the printer to hold all jobs coming in ala  CWIS  > Properties > Services > Printing  > Hold All Jobs

But with that you won't be able to track who printed what, and they will need to make sure to only release their own job

Hi to everyone, we have a customer with a 7835, he want to block printing on every computer with a PIN code or similar, I´ve done it with xerox accounting and setting the code in every driver, but in this case many different people arrive every day or week with their laptops so it´s almost impossible to setup the driver and code on every laptop (mac and windows), the are any option to setup the machine to ask user a pin or code prompting a window or similar withou touching the driver when go to print?
