Setup Specific Time for Email Alert

Product Name: WorkCentre 7830i/7835i/7845i/7855i
Operating System: Not Specified

Im setting up my Email alerts for the Meter counter of our printer here but i do have some questions..

 

1) Is there anyway I can set time for sending the transmission ?

2) Do i need to enroll and enable the Smart eSolution to make the meter reading email notification work?

3)Can I still get the meter reading (counter) email even the Smart esolution is disabled?

 

I went to the Admin guide PDF but I cant find the relevant settings for transmission time.. There on Smart eSolution but im not sure if that is relevant.

 

Steps I performed

SMTP Email is working - I can scan to email

I setup the email alert but I cannot find the Time and Date for the transmissionemailnotification.pnggui.png
