Our ASR isn't ordering toners as the Xerox Account Management portal isn't receiving our supply readings.
For example, please see the screenshot below.
This workcenter printer isn't sending the readings daily as it used to do. This is the case for the majoirty of our printers. As you can see the last reading was on the 05.05.2020 which is a good 2 weeks ago. I had to reinstall the XDA I believe it has something do with that.
Has anyone come across this before?
