I searched the Forums and found this solution that answers your TLS1.2 question. I am not able to answer your ConnectKey question, so I would recommend contacting the Support Department at 1-800-821-2797.

Hello,

Does EIP browser on a VersaLink/AltaLink MFDs support TLS 1.2? And is it possible to make a http redirect to authorization pages from ConnectKey application?
