Hello All, 

 

   I am not sure if this ithe right forum, but I need some hoel please. 

 

    I have a clienter with 100 odd WorkCenters differnt models, In this case I am looking at a 7120.  We are rolling out Pharos Uniprint and using the Bocop Virtual Cash Controller and  DCS6061xc-14 FDI to track the copying and unlock the UI once authenticated.

 

   The customer wants to monitor the print form USB, so we have DIP 5 Off and then set NVM 850-009 to 1.  

 

This works for USB printng, but Should this work?  I am getting feed back that when a job is release form the VCC it logs the user out. The VCC then locks the FDI. The job gets deleted in the queue as the FDI has been disabled.

 

   Has any one come across this issue and found away around it.

 

   I am looking forward to your feedback.
