Re: Unable to connect to Xerox 3335 via web browser

Thank you!

The configuration sheet of the device is the sheet that is automatically printed after printer reboots, correct? If yes, I know that on some Xerox models I worked with before such as 7220 and 7545 printing of the configuration sheet can be turned off. I will try rebooting the printer to see if the config sheet prints.....

Re: Unable to connect to Xerox 3335 via web browser

If you have the configuration sheet of this device, you can locate the Self assigned IP address on the heading ICP/IPv4. And connect your laptop directly to the device using a network cable (they suggest a cross over cable).

Edit the Network connection on the laptop to use the same subnet of the Self assigned IP address. After that is done and you should see that you are connected to it.

You should now be able to enter the self assigned IP address in your browser. I would use IE for this as there are some issue when using Chrome.

Unable to connect to Xerox 3335 via web browser

Product Name: WorkCentre 3335/3345
Operating System: Windows Server 2012 R2 x64

I hope that someone may be able to help me out here.  We recently purchased a Xerox WorkCentre 3335 and I have accidentally replaced the port 80 with port 443 undrer Protocols>HTTP setting page. As far as I remeber there was Enable SSL selected and TLS Only was ticked off at the bottom of HTTP settings page. I've tried both Chrome and explorer and was unable to connect using https:// and the printer's IP. All i get is a ping back from the printer's IP address.

Thanks in advance for any responces
