Once you get locked out you need to reboot to clear the lock.
If current firmware, the password isn't 1111, it is the Serial number of the device you are logging in to
I have ran into issues accessing the web console on any of our newly installed Xerox Altalinks, leaving me unable to configure them for corporate use.
when i access https://hostname/properties/authentication/login.php?tab=properties&redir=%2Fprotocols%2Findex.php and put in the default username and password i get this error
now the device has been newly installed and activated is there anything else that has to be completed because out of 10 new devices we have had to log calls for engineers to come out and complete a config update before i can get logged in on 6 of them but as a large organisation it can be time consuming
