Re: Unable to upload Kerberos Certificates on a WC5325

Hi Debubagchi,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the solution for Configuring the Network Authentication, this solution speaks to using Kerberos.  If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Thanks,

Unable to upload Kerberos Certificates on a WC5325

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We are trying to configure Scan to Networking on a WC5325. This feature has been activated.

The Level 2 Tech I talked to was Karen.

She had me <Create New Certificate> using 1024 bits and changed the days to remain active to 9000. I then hit apply.

I went to HTTP - SSL/TSL Communication and enabled that function, port stayed 443. Hit apply and then rebooted.

When device came back on-line I logged in as admin and <Upload Signed Certificate> button was now active.

The current issue is that we are unable to upload our Kerberos server certificate. We were able to upload the root and intermediate without any issues.
