I know this is an old thread... but I'm dealing with this now, and our Xerox support folks say that this machine doesn't have the capibility to import codes from a CSV.
The best we can do is program one of these machines by hand and clone it to another Primelink machine.
This seems like a huge oversight on the part of the software devs that wrote the code for Primelink.
That will not work for trying to set up Xerox Standard Accounting as the CSV file it is asking for is related address book entries for emailing documents. I am looking for uploading a CSV file to the Xerox Standard Accounting system. On the AltaLink B8045 and previous machines that we have had, there is an option when setting up Xerox Standard Accounting to upload the user id and names instead of manually entering them one by one. That is what I am looking for on the PrimeLink 9110.
Hello officelady,
I searched the knowledgebase and found this article on how to upload the address book to the 9110 device.
Our Xerox machines were recently upgraded to the PrimeLink b9110 for our 2 large capacity machines and Xerox AltaLink B8045 for our smaller machines. Previously when entering users for accounting I would upload a CSV file that had all of the user names and id's instead of entering the one at a time. With over 100 employees and 4 copy machines that would take a lot of time. When trying to do this on our new machines I was able to do it on the AltaLinks but not the PrimeLink b9110. Is there a menu I am missing that enables me to upload the user names and id's?
