Uploading signed ca cert - cert not showing in local device

Product Name: Xerox Color C60/C70

Hi Everyone, 

I'm trying to get a Xerox Color C70 to authenticate with our network via 802.1X. We have this working correctly on other printers but for some reason, I'm having an issue uploading the certs on the C70. 

I've enabled SSL/TLS and under Machine Digital Certificate Management, I've generated a CSR, it's been signed by our CA, and I've uploaded the root cert, intermediate, and finally the device cert. Once I upload the device cert, I receive a message 'Settings have been changed'. 

After that, I've rebooted and under Certificate Management, I cannot find the device cert. It's not showing under ssl server, ssl client etc. I see the root cert and intermediate cert. 

Also, under the Machine Digital Certificate Management section, it still reads "A Certificate Signing Request (CSR) was downloaded for processing by a Trusted Certificate Authority. Upload the Signed Certificate when it is received", when I have indeed uploaded the signed cert. 

Does anyone have any recommendations or what else to try? 

I know its an old printer, but just trying to do a sanity check.
