I'm having the same issue changing the password on the 3250 model, CWW 5.16.2, I serached the CWW support with no luck. Thank you in advance!

Use CWW to change admin's password.

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Change asset's settings via CWW works fine. Run task to change Device Admin Password get success but the password is still the current one.Manually change admin's password via CWW also doesn't work (no error). My CWW is version 5.2.42. Has anybody successful done this? Thank you for your information and/or help.
