Re: Use Valid Card (cannot disable or override)

i think its better to contact your dealer of the ID system, they kkow how to enter diagnostics of your machine to change that value...

normally NVM are not allowed to change by a customer.. not sure about this though, therefore i am not going to post the insctructions , sorry :(

Re: Use Valid Card (cannot disable or override)

Hi fabio, thanks for prompt reply,
Can you tell me where or how to change NVM values? Even just point me to right direction and I will browse the settings.

Use Valid Card (cannot disable or override)

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

hello,

i have a Document Centre II DC2055.

It was previously setup to use chargecard via a card-reader.

However, the card reader is now removed but the machine still displays 'Use valid card'.

So I cannot use it as a copier.

I have tried:

- Turn off Auditron

- Reset Memory (PowerSave + 3 + Stop + Turn on machine)

- HDD Format (Power Save + 3 + stop + Turn on machine)

Setting is still there.

Does anyone know how to get rid off it?
