There is no option to do that, it could be submitted through Xerox as a FER (Feature Enhancement Request).

I am not even sure that the third party setups like Equitrac do that, you may be interested in using Swipe Cards instead of actual logins with something like Secure Access

Hi,

I was just wondering if there was a way to change the way user's login to their accounts on the MFP's GUI. Currently, when logging in the UI prompts the user for a user name and then password. What I would like is an option to change that so that it lists the user accounts that can be clicked and then prompted for a password. Is there such an option? Thanks for your time and consideration
