yes, look at the options in that setup on the driver

Is there a way to do this without requiring a person to enter a code every time they print?

yes, you need to configurre the accounting also on the driver, open up driver properties goto configuration and configure the accounting options

then when you print you get a prompt to enter the id/account for the job you want to print

I do have one problem still.  Once I enabled it everything on the copying side of the machine worked fine, however I went to print and the Xerox did not accept my job identifying an issue with the Account ID.  How can I make it so that all of our computers are accepted users for printing purposes?

Is it possible to connect our computers to our ID's so that our copying AND printing are both calculated in the accounting?

Sorry for all the questions.  I have been problems navigating through all the information.

Good Afternoon,

I am trying to figure out how to make it so that a user MUST log in before they are able to use the WorkCentre 7545.  I have created the user logins and passwords, but am now stuck as to what to do in order to force them to have to log in when they approach the machine.

I also want to be able to pull reports on how much each user uses the machine so we can allocate printing costs to different departments.

If someone can help me it would be very greatly appreciated!!!
