Its greyed out because all that info is fed by the Bidirectional info. Which is why the accounting system is set to None.
Since the account system is set to none, it won't prompt anyway. (If it does prompt at the client, they just need to reboot to pick up the changes)
If for some reason you really want to change it anyway you will need to disable BiDi at the top of that same Window (Scroll up)
Once disabled it will no longer be greyed out when you go back in.
We are trying to disable the popup for accounting information when we print to the C7025. I have disabled accounting using the web interface of the printer, but I am unable to disable the "print-time prompt" from the driver. The options are greyed-out. I am logged in as the domain administrator on the server hosting the shared printer queue. I have even tried running the devices & printers applet using "control printers" from a comand window with the "run as administrator" option. What needs to be done to be able to control these print driver options?
