WCPRO32 and time sync

HI!

I'm trying to get time synchronization work on old Workcentre Pro 32c. There is no NTP option there, but according to this PDF there are two ways to change time remotely. And I can't get work both. 

 

snmpset.exe -v 2c -c private 192.168.0.1 hrSystemDate.0 x "07 DE 08 14 0D 3A 00 00 2D 04 00"

Timeout: No Response from 192.168.0.1

 

snmpget.exe -v 1 -c public 192.168.0.1 hrSystemDate.0 

works well: 

HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSystemDate.0 = STRING: 2014-8-20,13:44:8.0,-252:0

 

CWW just ingnores Synchronize Time & Zone to Internal Clock option. 

Devices Passed 0
Devices with Settings Not Supported 0
Devices with Failures 0
Current / Total 0 of 1

 

And if I mark Device Time Zone It says:

Device Time Zone No Response 
Time Source No Response

 

Spec:

System Software Version: 0.1.2.30
Net Controller Software Version: 01.02.028.02.P8.P19.P5.P23.P23.P21.P813.0.0
UI Software Version: 0.1.2.28, Scanner 8.60.0

 

Is there any way to get it work?

Thank you for using the Xerox forum.

I would suggest that you review the following.

 

There were 2 different documents available and you may have them mixed.

 

The document you linked indicates 3 ways:

There are three ways to update the time on devices, which are at the device itself (locally), through an SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) command, or via Xerox CentreWare Web. This document will discuss updating the time locally and via SNMP.

Since you were looking for NTP I would suggest that you try the CWW document above document but first ensure that you have the minimum software level shown as 1.02.083.
